I scheduled work here and arranged time off from my job and transportation so my car could be repaired. The day before dropping off the keys, I was told the... read more work could not be done because of travel plans. We discussed rescheduling with a possible discount, but when I later returned to request a new evaluation and quote, the job was declined. Because of the cancellation, I had to take my car elsewhere for urgent work. When I returned only for a reevaluation and smaller services (like detail and taillight polishing, which are listed on the website), those were also refused. After leaving my review, the business offered to perform headlight restoration for free, but I declined because at that point it wasn’t relevant to resolving the main issues. It doesn’t make sense that the business claims I “insisted” on service while also saying they reserve the right to refuse a job. From my perspective, I was simply following up on a scheduled appointment and asking for a reevaluation, which is normal practice. Overall, my experience was disappointing mainly because of the canceled appointment and lack of consistent communication. Reliability and follow-through are very important when customers are rearranging schedules and transportation, and unfortunately this fell short.
